of experience. Augmenting this team is an equally experienced group of millwrights,
and truck operators. From large equipment moves to small-scale delicate research
equipment in a laboratory environment, we can handle it all. We specialize in understanding
a client’s requirements, developing the project plan, and managing the team that
will meet all requirements of the project. Optimation is a one-stop-shop for full
plant relocation services; our team can disassemble, move and install your entire
plant.
Our company is unique in its full set of services, including engineering, design,
automation, fabrication, installation, construction, startup and maintenance; we
provide solutions and services for industrial and manufacturing applications. Optimation
carries out any required fabrication at its industrial fabrication shop in Rochester,
NY. This 54,000 sq ft. shop houses a mechanical fabrication and electrical panel
shop, pipefitting, millwrights, electrical, automation and assembly services, a
custom crating and domestic and international shipping department, and field installation
mechanics.
Our rigging equipment will support very complex requirements, and our experienced
team will provide peace of mind and great value for our clients; safety first is
in the minds of each member of the crew. Well-versed in reading engineering designs
and specifications, our team has an intimate understanding of the operational limits
of equipment they use to get the job done. Optimation is expert at positioning heavy
machinery loads that need to be assembled on a client’s plant floor, or in our shop.
Rounding out our crane and rigging team, our millwright services can provide equipment
and machinery maintenance and equipment repair services. Alignment services, including
optical and laser alignment, allow installation of machinery to exact specifications.
Additionally we have carpentry, steel and sheet metal fabrication departments for
custom parts.
