Optimation provides process design services including P&ID and PFD development for both batch and continuous systems. Process applications include liquids and solids, pressure vessels and reactors, mixers and separators, homogenizers, de-bubblers, and crushers and pulverizers. Additional expertise includes heat treatment, stretching and forming, coating, converting and finishing. Discrete process experience includes work cells, discrete control, drives, motion control, cams, lifters and cranks. Our process designers are experts at process piping, including sanitary process piping for food and pharmaceutical applications, chemical corrosives (hazard and containment), power transmission (hydraulics, pnuematics), abrasives, slurries, high temperature and jacketed pipes. Design can be performed for flow and physical characteristics. Process air system services involve ductwork, heating, cooling, humidification and filtration (Clean Room, Hepa).
