Optimation provides electrical and instrumentation design services for a wide variety of process control and automation industries. Our designers, technicians and drafters are experienced in providing a full range of project services, including PFD’s, P&ID’s, Panels, Loop and Wiring drawings.  We adhere to all specified customer standards.  Our team also has extensive experience designing for electrically hazardous locations, to both US and European codes, as well as design for cleanroom areas. Our designers work integrally with our engineering group, providing a full range of services as required.

Engineering Release Packages for Bids and Installations
We prepare construction and specification work (release) bid packages for both demolition and installation purposes. Additionally, we provide on-site services for immediate follow-up while the project is being installed.

Control Loop Design
Our instrument engineers provide process control loop design alternatives, allowing the customer to select the best solution for their problem.

Power and Control Panel Layout and Wiring
We provide detailed power, instrument, and control panel designs and the required wiring diagrams per UL-508A specifications to document our designs. We work closely with local fabricators to have designs assembled, tested, and in many cases, field installed.

Our staff is experienced in the development of P & ID’s, Control System Architecture layouts, I/O Wiring diagrams, loop drawings, motor elementaries, and power distribution.
